Soliant is seeking highly skilled MTM Pharmacists for a fast-moving remote opportunity with a digital health organization focused on improving care quality, optimizing medication use, and reducing healthcare costs. This role offers competitive weekly pay and full-time benefits such as medical, dental, vision, etc. (for those opting into full-time hours). Equipment will be provided.

The client is looking to move quickly, with interviews and training completed before the holidays for a January start.

- Flexible schedule; guaranteed 20 hours weekly (more possible for strong candidates)

Key Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive and targeted medication reviews (CMRs and TMRs).
- Evaluate medication profiles to identify therapy problems, duplications, adherence barriers, and cost-effective alternatives.
- Provide medication recommendations to members, prescribers, and care navigation teams.
- Collaborate with clinical and data teams to enhance MTM algorithms and intervention workflows.
- Document reviews, recommendations, follow-ups, and clinical outcomes within internal systems.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of clinical guidelines, formulary changes, biosimilars, and cost-containment opportunities.
Required Qualifications
- Active multi-state pharmacist licensure (3040 licenses preferred; 20+ will be considered).
- MTM experience required (please be prepared to share total years of MTM experience).
- Strong knowledge of pharmacotherapy, formulary management, and cost-savings strategies.
- Experience with EHR, claims-based pharmacy data, or population health tools.
- Ability to start quickly and participate in an expedited interview/training process.
