Position Summary:

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement AI-optimized content strategies aligned with business objectives and user needs.
Review feedback from AI tools to identify improvement opportunities, report on feedback themes, and propose content solutions.
Build and test content storage systems, enabling AI tools to utilize information from various documents, and design corresponding security models.
Develop and maintain a "Quick Answers" data source and security model to support AI tools in responding to queries not covered in the knowledge base.
Collaborate with the team to create and implement new content for current and future AI solutions.

Minimum Requirements/Qualifications:

Education:

Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and relevant Web Content experience required

Experience:

5 Years of experience in digital content creation, preferably in HR.
Understanding of LLM models and RAG
Experience with the ServiceNow platform preferred
SharePoint and Workday experience are a plus

Knowledge, skills & abilities:

Strong interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to work effectively with a wide range of constituencies in a diverse community
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Self-starter with ability to work productively in both individual and team settings
Ability to collaborate and work effectively in large, complex organizational structures with rapidly changing requirements and shifting priorities
