The Region Sales Director, Pharmacy Automation, is directly responsible for generating significant growth and maintaining existing client relationships within an assigned territory in support of achievement of order intake and profitability objectives. This includes the development of sales strategies to maximize top line growth and profitability within the organization’s Pharmacy Automation and Medication Management solution offerings.
- Manages and prioritizes day-to-day activities to support and grow business within an assigned territory.
- Develops strategies, budgets, and plans to achieve sales goals.
- Aggressively pursue new business opportunities within an assigned territory.
- Regularly maintains and updates CRM database (SalesForce.com) for detailed and accurate forecasting of order intake.
- Develops and manages relationships with key accounts, leverages existing client base and actively pursues new business opportunities.
- Monitors customer, market and competitor activity and provides feedback to the leadership team.
Solution offerings include:
- Medication Inventory Management solutions.
- Pharmacy Automation Robotic Solutions.
- Consolidated Service Center and Central Fill Pharmacy environments.
- End of Life solution upgrades and enhancements.
- Outsourced Service Contracts (IDN/GPOs).
- Customer Support and Service contracts.
Requirements:
- College education/University Degree (BS)
- 3+ years in consultative enterprise sales in healthcare or other industry with transactions sizes over $250K is desirable.
- Experience and success in selling high value services to sophisticated buyers.
- B2B sales experience.

Base salary range for this position is $80,000 - $100,000, plus sales incentive plan, plus car allowance. Salary will be commensurate with experience and skillset.
