Title: Process Validation/ Process Development
Location: Minnetonka, MN
Duration: 6 Months (Possibility of Extension)
Duties
- This candidate will be working in a fast-paced product development team, focusing on the process side of the project.
- They will collaborate with cross functional teams including R&D, Quality, and Manufacturing Engineers to drive project success.
- This candidate will need to gain a comprehensive understanding of new product designs and translate them into production processes.
- They need to develop and validate new fixtures and equipment for production use.
Experience
- Previous experience in Process Development at a medical device company; Process Validation experience – TMV/IMV, IQ, OQ, PQ, Equipment development, documentation, and validation
Key Skills
- Self-driven and can own multiple aspects of a project at a time, Problem solving skills and statistical analysis
Education
- Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and work experience.
