They will collaborate with cross functional teams including R&D, Quality, and Manufacturing Engineers to drive project success.
This candidate will need to gain a comprehensive understanding of new product designs and translate them into production processes.
They need to develop and validate new fixtures and equipment for production use.
Experience
Previous experience in Process Development at a medical device company; Process Validation experience – TMV/IMV, IQ, OQ, PQ, Equipment development, documentation, and validation
Key Skills
Self-driven and can own multiple aspects of a project at a time, Problem solving skills and statistical analysis
Education
Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and work experience.
