Title: Technical Support Scientist I

Position Overview
This position is in the Technical Product Support team and will be primarily responsible for helping with product design history file IVDR remediation activities and supplier change notifications.
Day To Day Responsibilities
- The candidate will need to learn the Quality System, document change control, technical impact assessments, and work with scientists to problem solve technical documentation issues.
- A familiarity with PCR is preferred and candidate should have a general background in biology or chemistry. Candidate will also need to perform some basic lab activities.
