Our world class customer experience begins with our team of Onboarding experts. Whether just starting with BestRx or setting up a new workstation, our team is here to help pharmacies start off on the right foot. Ideal candidates for this position exhibit enthusiasm for helping others, proven experience communicating with customers, strong organizational skills, and are comfortable working with Windows computers and other technology. What You’ll Do

  • Respond to incoming customer calls promptly and professionally.
  • Coordinate and manage customer installations and appointments effectively.
  • Act as the primary liaison for assigned pharmacies, ensuring clear communication, and addressing any concerns throughout the implementation process.
  • Conduct remote installations of pharmacy software and configure associated hardware as necessary.
  • Proactively reach out to existing customers to inform them about software updates and enhancements.
  • Thoroughly document call information and project details for future reference.
  • Collaborate with other departments to resolve inquiries and escalate issues as required.
  • Offer virtual troubleshooting assistance to customers when needed.

What We’re Looking For

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent.
  • At least 1 year of experience in customer service or a call center environment.
  • Proficiency with the Windows operating system.
  • Basic knowledge of printer troubleshooting.
  • Comfortable with technology and a quick learner.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Strong multitasking, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work effectively both in a team and independently.
  • Dependable and eager to learn new skills.

Work Location:

RedSail Office (Oak Brook, IL - Onsite)

  • If you are selected for an in-person interview, you will be asked to provide at least 1 professional reference.
  • If an offer is extended, new employees MUST be able to complete the in-office training over the first 90 days of employment. The first week of training will be Monday – Friday from 8:00am – 4:00pm. The second week of training until the end of the 90-day period, training will be Monday – Friday from 8:00am – 4:00pm. After completing the training and probationary period, employees will transition to a hybrid work schedule and work their scheduled shift.
