What You’ll Do
- Respond to incoming customer calls promptly and professionally.
- Coordinate and manage customer installations and appointments effectively.
- Act as the primary liaison for assigned pharmacies, ensuring clear communication, and addressing any concerns throughout the implementation process.
- Conduct remote installations of pharmacy software and configure associated hardware as necessary.
- Proactively reach out to existing customers to inform them about software updates and enhancements.
- Thoroughly document call information and project details for future reference.
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve inquiries and escalate issues as required.
- Offer virtual troubleshooting assistance to customers when needed.
What We’re Looking For
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- At least 1 year of experience in customer service or a call center environment.
- Proficiency with the Windows operating system.
- Basic knowledge of printer troubleshooting.
- Comfortable with technology and a quick learner.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Strong multitasking, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively both in a team and independently.
- Dependable and eager to learn new skills.
Work Location:
RedSail Office (Oak Brook, IL - Onsite)
- If you are selected for an in-person interview, you will be asked to provide at least 1 professional reference.
- If an offer is extended, new employees MUST be able to complete the in-office training over the first 90 days of employment. The first week of training will be Monday – Friday from 8:00am – 4:00pm. The second week of training until the end of the 90-day period, training will be Monday – Friday from 8:00am – 4:00pm. After completing the training, employees will transition to a hybrid work schedule & work their scheduled shift.
