We are looking for a self-starter with a passion for project management, data, and technology to join the Digital Analytics team within the Optum Consumer Office. You will work in a dynamic environment with teams focused on using digital products to improve consumer experiences across healthcare. The ideal candidate has experience with project management, works well in matrixed organization, and is an effective problem solver and communicator.
This role will be responsible for supporting the implementation of a digital analytics on Optum’s leading consumer applications. The position will partner with product, analytics, and engineering teams in the Optum Consumer Office to project manage digital analytics implementations.

Primary Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and deliverables, executing against deadlines and reporting progress throughout the project lifecycle
- Support resource assignment and capacity planning
- Develop solid relationships with business and technical stakeholders
- Manage and coordinate communications among all applicable stakeholders including weekly standups and intake review
- Identify potential project risks and implement appropriate courses of action to mitigate risk and develop strategies to mitigate future risks
- Assess and interpret customer needs and requirements
- Identify and solve a range of problems within area of expertise
- Ensure processes and procedures are documented and up to date and lead process improvement initiatives where appropriate
- Be an expert on process and teamwork. Mentor, coach, and support project teams on project management capabilities
- Manage multiple projects, with multiple remote teams, simultaneously

Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of project management experience working with large, distributed teams
- 3+ years of experience with project managements tools (e.g. Rally, Jira, Workfront)
- 3+ years of experience with MS Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with consumer applications and digital customer experience
- Experience working with development sprints and timelines, especially in relation to digital analytics implementations
- Demonstrated ability to work with and within cross-functional teams
- Proven solid organization skills and proven excellence in problem-solving, communication, and follow-through

The salary range for this role is $89,800 to $176,700 annually based on full-time employment. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. UnitedHealth Group complies with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
