Who are we looking for?
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Director, Customer Success to oversee the client relationships within our Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) healthcare services, fostering strong lines of communications with key accounts at the executive level. In this strategic leadership role, you will manage and enhance the client experience, ensuring that clients receive superior service while maximizing revenue cycle performance. You will be responsible for building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships, understanding their needs, and ensuring the delivery of tailored RCM solutions that drive operational excellence and financial success.
The candidate for this role be a strategic thinker with a results-driven mindset. You
will possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights. You are a comfortable leader and relationship builder with a proven track record of creating followership both internally and externally.
You may be hired as a Director or Sr. Director based on your depth of skill and breadth of experience.
Must be available to travel domestically up to 25% of the time.
What will you do?
- Build relationships with the executive leaders of major accounts through regular on-site meetings, ensuring satisfaction, retention, and long-term partnerships
- Proactively engage with clients to understand their business needs and challenges and communicate how our RCM services can meet those needs
- Provide regular assessment to clients on software usage and efficiency and offer solutions to enhance productivity
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance client experience, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and loyalty, regularly assessing performance, resolving issues, and gathering feedback.
- Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., billing, coding, compliance) to ensure seamless service delivery, timely collections, and accurate claims processing.
- Analyze client RCM data and financial metrics to identify opportunities for optimization and efficiency improvements.
- Ensure the effective communication of any process or policy changes to clients and the timely resolution of issues that may impact revenue flow.
- Develop and present client performance reports, outlining service delivery metrics, financial results, and improvement opportunities.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for client accounts, providing actionable insights to improve service delivery and operational efficiency.
This is an onsite position at our office in Austin, TX.
What education and experience do you need?
To be successful in this role, a combination of the following education and experience will be considered:
- Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Finance, or related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.
- Proven experience in strategic revenue cycle management within healthcare, with a focus on diagnostic or integrative healthcare settings.
- Strong understanding of healthcare billing, coding, insurance verification, collections, and compliance regulations.
- Demonstrated experience working with mid-level and senior-level client executives, providing insights and influencing decision-making.
- Leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team.
- High level of proficiency in CRM software, MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), and familiarity with RCM platforms

What does the position pay?
Compensation is determined by several factors which may include skillset, experience level, and geographic location.
The expected range for this role is $120,000-$160,000 annual compensation. Please note this range is an estimate and actual may vary based on qualifications and experience.
