We’re looking for a creative and tech-savvy Digital Marketing Specialist to help us build and execute our digital marketing strategy. In this role, you will work closely with our Sales team to develop and implement digital marketing campaigns across various channels, grow our social media presence, and optimize our website while creating content that connects with our audience.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the development and execution of digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms (email, social media, PPC, SEO, etc.).
- Monitor and manage social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.), creating content that resonates with our audience and increases engagement.
- Analyze and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns, providing insights for improvement.
- Design and optimize email marketing campaigns, ensuring messages are compelling and targeted.
- Analyze performance data (Google Analytics, social media insights, etc.) and create reports to share with the team, providing actionable recommendations.
- Collaborate cross functionally to create compelling content, including blogs, infographics, and videos.
- Stay up to date with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices to keep our strategies fresh and effective.
- Additional duties and assignments as needed.
Requirements
Qualifications:
- Recent graduate with a degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing trends.
- Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms, such as Google Analytics, social media platforms, and email marketing software (willingness to learn is key).
- Passionate about digital marketing and eager to build a career in the field.
- Creative mindset with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Highly motivated, able to take initiative, and generate new ideas and solve problems.
- Organized and able to manage multiple projects at once in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic graphic design software (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
- Enthusiastic, positive attitude, and a desire to contribute to the team’s success.
