Summary
In this role, you will oversee and enhance analytics support and service delivery for Member Networks, collaborating with teams to benefit healthcare organizations. As a high-impact leader, you will leverage advanced analytics and data visualization expertise to improve healthcare service delivery. You will design and manage a comprehensive analytics and service delivery model that drives member engagement, operational excellence, and program growth across the healthcare continuum.
Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and oversee a strategic analytic and insights service delivery model that aligns with organizational goals and gathers input from internal stakeholders to serve member organizations.
- Provide leadership and oversight for timely, high-quality analysis and insights that enhance member engagement, support cost-effectiveness, improve patient quality, and drive care redesign.
- Manage the process for analytic requests – planned and ad hoc, maintaining strong relationships with various stakeholders to understand and respond to business needs while appropriately allocating available resources.
- Utilize advanced data visualization skills to translate complex data into actionable insights, facilitating clear communication of trends and recommendations for diverse audiences.
- Oversee delivery of a high-performing analytics team, with direct and indirect reporting responsibilities, ensuring the development of complex reports, comparative analyses, and performance monitoring that drive actionable insights for member improvement.
- Cultivate and maintain cross-functional and executive-level relationships within the organization and with member hospitals, clinics, and senior leaders across the healthcare continuum to ensure alignment and build strong partnerships that enhance data-driven decision-making.
Qualifications
- Relevant degree preferred. Master’s degree desired in data analytics, healthcare administration, business, or a related field.
- 10 or more years of relevant experience required.
- Experience with the Vizient Clinical Database is strongly preferred.
- Extensive experience in data analytics, strategic program leadership, and service delivery in the healthcare industry, with a strong quantitative and strategic background.
- Advanced skills in data visualization, database management, and budget management; proficiency with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and enterprise databases.
- Proven ability to collaborate across diverse teams.
- Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects, meet rigorous deadlines, and lead teams in a high-performance environment.
- Exceptional collaboration and relationship-building skills to drive cross-functional partnerships, build trust, and achieve aligned goals across teams.
- Strategic, inquisitive mindset with the ability to learn quickly, adapt, and apply innovative solutions to complex challenges.
- Proven success in leading cross-functional teams and driving performance improvement in healthcare settings.
- Advanced knowledge of statistical analysis software (e.g., R, Python).
- Familiarity with healthcare industry databases, tools, and performance benchmarks.

Estimated Hiring Range
At Vizient, we consider skills, experience, and organizational needs in our compensation approach. Geographic factors may adjust the range estimate and hires typically fall below the top range. Compensation decisions are tailored to individual circumstances. The current salary range for this role is $117,600.00 to $206,000.00.
This position is also incentive eligible.
