Position:Director, Data Analytics & Reporting

Primary Function
This position is responsible for providing oversight and management of Asembia’s Data Analytics & Reporting Team while coordinating receipt of all pertinent client data (primarily from pharmacy providers) for Asembia’s various programs and service solutions. This position will work in conjunction with Asembia’s IT team members and act as a business partner with Executive Management to ensure processes and procedures are implemented and streamlined accordingly.
This position will provide expertise needed for pharmaceutical partner meetings, as well as, provide research and analysis for pharmaceutical manufacturer opportunities (i.e. new product indications, pipeline products to be aware of, industry trends, etc.).
Job Scope And Major Responsibilities
- Lead data process modernization and re-engineering
- Monitor feeds for accuracy and completeness and help clean up data
- Write SQL queries to assist analysts in preforming duties
- Adhoc dispensing reporting IT requests process management
- Review program requirements prior to signing contracts
- Determine reporting timelines and thresholds for data team
- Input appropriate checks and balances in data process
- Contribute to manufacturer partner meetings for current program management, as well as future program development and implementation.
- Map out contract requirements including defining reports/pharmacy data requirements, developing scorecards and establishing quality metrics
- Manage staff, their time, performance and workflow
- Review deliverables and quality control
- Resolution of high level data issues
- Review and approve reports for delivery to manufacturer
- Assist National Accounts Directors in meetings with pharmacies to review program results on an individual pharmacy basis
- Act cooperatively, responsibility and professionally with patients, visitors, co-workers, management and clients
- Maintain confidentiality and HIPAA/HITECH compliance at all times
- Other responsibilities as assigned
Performance Criteria
Performance in this role is measured by successful implementation of an effective, accurate, automated, streamlined ongoing data process which leads to manufacturer program optimization.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Pharmacy Data Experience
Knowledge of data processes, pharmacy operations, products and terminology
Highly analytical and proficient in Microsoft Excel
Experience doing SQL queries
Exemplary communication, organization and time management skills
Desired Skills
Licensed Pharmacist
Previous Payer-based Contracting Experience Preferred
VBA & Tableau experience
