The Account Executive is responsible for completing sales training and establishing new sales within a pre-existing portfolio of accounts. Responsible for sourcing and recruiting candidates to fill temporary, temporary to permanent, and/or permanent job orders for a variety of clients. Assists with building and maintaining a comprehensive candidate pipeline to address client needs. Fosters key business relationships with potential and existing clients. Utilizes existing strategies and solutions to maintain and increase sales while meeting expectations for profitability and client satisfaction.

Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree required
- Must have strong interest and passion for sales
- Self-motivated to exceed goal and metrics
- Able to handle pressure & problem solve quickly
- Excellent verbal and written communications
- Excellent sourcing and head hunting skills
Responsibilities:
- Conducts intake calls with clients.
- Sells solutions and/or services utilizing existing strategies.
- Uses pre-determined recruiting methods per client needs.
- Establishes new sales opportunities within an assigned portfolio of accounts.
- Qualifies candidates against pre-existing checklists of standard requirements.
- Builds and maintains relationships with candidates.
- Assists with negotiating new client contracts, renewals, extensions, and amendments.
- Builds an understanding of service offerings, industry trends, market activities, and competitor strategies.
- Enters and tracks candidate data in Applicant Tracking System.
- Develops effective relationships with key client contacts.
- Administers job postings and builds candidate pipeline.
- Completes hiring and onboarding processes in accordance with client requirements.
