Job Description
- Follow and support ISO 9001:2015 and plant safety systems.
- Conduct first piece audits as per QA SOP.
- Perform in-process and finished goods audits to ensure product quality.
- Report and record nonconformities in TMS software.
- Collect samples for lab testing as per SOPs.
- Input sample data into the Infinity SPC database.
- Print and verify sterile labels when needed.
- Conduct raw and finished goods inspections.
- Train new QA hires on auditing, testing, and systems.
- Assist with production new hire training.
- Help with lab testing when necessary.
- Maintain 5S standards in work areas.
- Other tasks as required
Qualifications
- High School Diploma/GED.
- Mechanical aptitude; experience with industrial equipment.
- Understand SOPs and Work Instructions.
- Wear required PPE and follow cleanroom protocols.
- Follow written, oral, and diagram instructions.
- Effective interaction with co-workers and management.
- Basic English proficiency.
- Physical Requirements:
- Lift/move up to 40 lbs.
- Walk, stoop, bend regularly.
- Perform inspections/tests standing or seated.
- Work in moderate to loud noise conditions.
- Clear vision for close and distant tasks.
- Work incleanroom areas.
- Flexible schedule with overtime as needed.
