Primary Responsibilities
- Complete review of programs and analytic reporting which will minimize delays, avoid rework, and decrease upfront involvement from developers
- Monitor report development and provide critical analysis and quality assurance
- Clearly document requirements, process documents, user guides, and value expected for report development to improve accuracy and time to delivery
- Develops and documents complex business, analysis, and data requirements
- Determine operational objectives by gathering information, evaluating output requirements and formats
- Construct quality assurance documentation; report on system capabilities
- Coordinates a variety of projects/requests simultaneously and ensures timely completion in accordance with business initiatives
- Research data sources for analytics and reporting of medical information
- Analyzes data, reports, and processes
- Evaluates and prioritizes data changes and enhancements
- Improve systems by studying current practices and suggesting modifications
- Recommend controls by identifying problems, writing improved procedures
- Monitor project progress by tracking activity; resolving problems; recommending actions
- Serves as the subject matter expert on reporting Maintain user confidence and protect operations by keeping information confidential
- Performs all other related duties as assigned

Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in business/finance analysis
- Working knowledge of relational databases, database structures
- Experience documenting of business requirements
- Professional experience in provider office or managed care
- Knowledge of business data systems

Residents Only: The salary range for this role is $70,200 to $137,800 annually. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. UnitedHealth Group complies with all minimum wage laws as applicable. In addition to your salary, UnitedHealth Group offers benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements).
