Job Summary And Qualifications
Reporting up to the Director, Client Success, this position supports client retention, satisfaction, and engagement for an assigned group of accounts. Serves as primary point of contact to help clients get the most out of their partnership with Valify. Proactively monitors utilization and acts on opportunities to improve user engagement. Identifies savings opportunities on a regular basis and completes quarterly business reviews with assigned clients. Coordinates efforts and communication internally and externally to ensure solutions are delivered in a timely manner. Also collaborates and supports GPO account managers for Valify subscribers.
Position may require travel up to 40%.
What you will do in this role includes:
- Assures excellent customer engagement and satisfaction to all stakeholders who support Valify technology subscribers.
- Promotes and maximizes value of Valify and Valify Solutions Group to Valify subscribers.
- Achieves goals related to customer use of technology, group purchasing portfolio, and retention
Technology Onboarding and Implementation:
- Serve as implementation lead for onboarding subscribers to the Valify technology platform, ensuring successes accordance with timeline established with client. Responsibilities include coordinating calls and data reviews with internal and external stakeholders.
- Manage internal and external communications with regular updates on project plan and major implementation milestones.
- Orient and train internal and external stakeholders on platform features and functionality and how it can contribute to cost savings for their respective organization.
- Escalate delays or concerns to internal and external stakeholders according to established escalation procedures.
Planning :
- Prepare agendas and related data analytics for meetings and quarterly business reviews for Valify technology subscribers.
- Proactively identify and share cost reduction opportunities in purchased service categories to all pertinent levels within the subscriber’s organization (e.g., supply chain, CFO, CIO).
- Participates in the development of member-specific strategic business plans.
Analytics:
- Utilizes data in Valify to identify purchased service savings opportunities for technology subscribers
- Translates custom report needs from internal and external stakeholders to Valify’s Business Intelligence team.
- Reformats data for member-facing presentations.
- Coordinate data quality reviews with appropriate internal and external stakeholders.
- Prepare utilization reports to encourage technology engagement.
- Coordinates ad hoc savings opportunity analyses comparing subscriber’s current state to VSG contract alternative with internal stakeholders and may perform limited analyses independently.
Valify Subscriber Sales and Account Management:
- Assure subscribers are deriving value from the technology by providing ongoing training and support of key purchased service initiatives to internal and external stakeholders.
- Accelerate value to subscribers by establishing and applying relationships with internal stakeholders such as the GPO account team and sourcing
- Implements member-specific strategic business plans, driving successful results to goals. Completes regular updates of related activities in Valify’s CRM platform.
- Introduce solutions from VSG portfolio to subscribers in an effort to generate value for members and the GPO
- Produce or facilitate client-facing communication such as meeting agendas, presentations and follow-up materials related to purchased services
- Initiate Valify subscription renewal conversations and execute strategic check-ins with existing clients
- Promote new features related to the technology to subscribers.
- Build and strengthen customer relationships with proactive communications and timely follow up
- Resolve issues related to subscriber accounts, data, and training
- Monitor support requests made by subscribers to identify any recurring issues and recommended changes to the platform
- Present to member meetings and committees, as necessary
- Prepare and present demos for technology and GPO sales conversations, including occasional attendance at conference and trade shows, as required
- Operates within established budgets, acting as a good steward of company resources
Project Management:
- Serve as Project Manager for VSG members that transition to HealthTrust as their primary GPO
GPO Account Mgmt Support:
- Provide and Planning and Analytics support (as indicated above) to GPO Account Directors for Valify technology subscribers.
- Orient and train GPO Account Managers for onboarded GPO members on Valify platform features and functionality and how it can contribute to cost savings for their respective members.
- Collaborate with GPO Account Directors on subscriber-facing calls related to GPO portfolio adoption and opportunities related to purchased services categories.
- Promote new features related to the technology to subscribers and internal stakeholders.
What qualifications you will need:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- 3-5 years work experience as a data, business, or financial analyst preferred.
- Hospital/ Healthcare experience preferred.
- Exposure and familiarity with multiple technology platforms preferred
- Working knowledge of healthcare industry, supply chain, GPOs
- Strong analytic skills- high proficiency with Excel
- Excellent communication skills
- Proven ability to successful manage multiple projects and timelines
- Confidence, poise under pressure, decisiveness- conveying an image that is consistent with the organizations’ vision and values
- Passion for results- able to drive high standards for self; tenaciously working to meet or exceed challenging goals
- Driver’s License in good standing
