Our Cash Application Administrator plays a vital role in ensuring the highest quality and safety standards of our pharmaceutical products. Once you complete our training, your responsibilities will include daily operations of cash application, ensuring that payments and receivables are processed accurately and efficiently. The cash application administrator will ensure quality assurance/data integrity requirements, and that processes and procedures are followed. The cash application administrator plays a key role in financial operations, helping to maintain compliance and precision. This position is responsible for all aspects of cash application for QuVa within High Radius from posting payments, exception handling, error corrections, and communications with various internal and external stakeholders including the collections team, customers, and the customer service team. What the Cash Application Administrator Does Each Day
- Processing transactions by monitoring the cash application automation within High Radius and ensuring that items are posted on time, and that cash received is applied properly
- Posts payments that are pre-determined to not be able to be applied by automation
- Exception Handling to include daily research and investigation of all payments that are not automatically applied by automation and resolution of any issues preventing the same on an ongoing basis
- Effectively manage credit card payment receipts from customers and ensure cash is applied
- Acts as designated subject matter expert for the receivables automation system and as a resource for the accounts receivable team
- Researches and resolves cash application errors in a timely manner
- Participates in the month-end close process to minimize unapplied cash and ensure receivables are accurately recorded
- Monitors and reports collections metrics to leadership including AR Supervisor and Director of Accounting by effectively utilizing the KPI reporting within High Radius
- Assists AR Supervisor with creating an environment of continuous improvement. Examples include making a conscious effort to increase the automation percentage and reducing exception handling within High Radius.

Minimum Requirements For This Role
- Associate's degree in accounting or Related Field or equivalent work experience
- 5+ years of relevant work experience in Accounts Receivable
- Demonstrated understanding of fundamental accounting principles and the ability to apply the same
- Demonstrated ability to solve problems and find solutions independently
- Strong technical adaptability in working with new and evolving software and automation
- Must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis; QuVa will not sponsor applicants for work visas
