Job Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized
Documentation Specialist to support critical documentation processes in a regulated environment. This role involves managing updates, ensuring accuracy in documentation, and meeting project deadlines. The ideal candidate will have experience in GMP documentation and familiarity with tools such as Adobe Illustrator and PLM applications.
Key Responsibilities
- Redline and incorporate changes to technical drawings using Adobe Illustrator.
- Process and update DMR documents based on specific instructions, track progress using spreadsheets, and provide consistent updates to meet project deadlines.
- Review and verify the accuracy of label drawings and other related documents.
Required Skills And Qualifications
- Organized and Detail-Oriented: Proven ability to diligently follow instructions and execute tasks with precision.
- Time Management: Strong capability to adhere to project timelines and meet established deadlines.
- GMP Documentation Experience: Experience reviewing and revising GMP documentation or general familiarity with Good Documentation Practices (GDP).
- Change Control Knowledge: Understanding of change control processes; DMR experience is preferred but not mandatory.
- Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in tools such as Adobe Illustrator and Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) applications.
Preferred Skills
- Familiarity with product labeling processes is advantageous but not required.
