Overview
The Sr. Director of Health System Strategy & Commercial Analytics is a key leadership role and will be responsible for developing and executing strategic initiatives and leveraging commercial analytics to drive business growth and operational excellence. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in strategic planning, data analytics, and the healthcare industry, with a proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and deliver impactful results.

Responsibilities
Strategic Planning:
- Lead the development and execution of strategic initiatives to drive business growth and market expansion.
- Conduct market analysis, competitive intelligence, and business performance assessments to identify opportunities and threats.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to define strategic priorities and align organizational resources.
Commercial Analytics:
- Lead the development and execution of strategic initiatives to drive business growth and market expansion.

Business Development:
- Identify and evaluate new business opportunities, partnerships, and market trends.
- Provide strategic guidance on product development, service offerings, and market positioning.
- Support M&A activities, including due diligence, valuation, and integration planning.
Leadership & Team Management:
- Lead and mentor a high-performing team of analysts and strategists.
- Foster a collaborative and innovative work environment, promoting continuous learning and professional development.
- Ensure effective communication and alignment across cross-functional teams
Team Leadership and Development:
- Present strategic recommendations and analytical insights to senior executives and key stakeholders.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external partners.
- Represent Maxor at industry conferences, events, and client meetings.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Work closely with senior management, marketing, sales, and operations teams to align analytics initiatives with business objectives.
Innovation and Improvement:
- Continuously seek and implement improvements in analytical methodologies, tools, and practices to enhance business intelligence and operational efficiency.
Qualifications
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Data Science, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
Experience:
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in strategic planning, commercial analytics, or a related field within the healthcare industry.
- Strong understanding of the healthcare industry, including PBM, specialty pharmacy, and pharmacy management services.
- Proficiency in data visualization and reporting tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and advanced proficiency in Excel and SQL.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Strong analytical skills with expertise in data analysis, statistical modeling, and business intelligence tools
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and engage senior stakeholders.
- Excellent leadership and team management abilities, with experience leading cross-functional teams.
- Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful business strategies and initiatives.
- Proven expertise in analytics, market research, and statistical modeling techniques.
- Strong proficiency in analytics software and tools (e.g., SQL, R, Python, Tableau, Power BI).
