Principal of Commercial Analytics
Role Overview:
The Principal of Commercial Analytics serves as a strategic advisor and technical expert within the VytleOne Commercial Analytics division. This individual will lead high-impact projects, shape strategic reporting frameworks, and elevate enterprise insight maturity across pharmacy services and 340B solutions. This is a hybrid role blending hands-on analytics with consultative leadership.
Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
- - Lead design and delivery of strategic analytics projects supporting revenue, compliance, and operational excellence.
- - Mentor analysts and guide team development of dashboards, modeling frameworks, and storytelling practices.
- - Serve as a subject matter expert on 340B economics, data integration across EMR/dispensing platforms, and payer insights.
- - Translate business needs into insight strategy using tools like PowerBI, Alteryx, and Databricks.
- - Partner with business leaders to co-develop KPIs and performance monitoring dashboards.
- - Drive innovation by prototyping AI use cases and turning insights into scalable decision support tools.
Qualifications
Qualifications:
- - 7–10 years in commercial or healthcare analytics with increasing leadership responsibilities.
- - Fluency in pharmacy data, payer performance metrics, and regulatory analytics (especially 340B).
- - Strong experience with PowerBI, Alteryx, Azure data tools, and predictive modeling methods.
- - Bachelor’s required; advanced degree in Health Economics, Analytics, or Public Health preferred.
