We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate
Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our school team for the full school year. This onsite position will serve an
elementary school caseload providing speech and language services to support students' academic, social, and communication needs.

- Caseload: Approximately 35 students
Responsibilities
- Provide speech and language evaluations, therapy, and consultation.
- Develop and implement IEP goals and monitor student progress.
- Provide individual and/or small-group speech and language services.
- Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, families, and related service providers.
- Participate in IEP meetings and maintain accurate documentation.
- Support students with a variety of communication needs.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree or higher in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
- Washington State SLP licensure/certification or eligibility.
- School-based or pediatric experience preferred.
- Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills.
Pay: $45-$50 (negotiable based on experience)
