What You’ll Do
Optimize complex drug therapies and manage precision pharmacokinetic dosing protocols.
Round with multidisciplinary care teams to advise on complex pharmacotherapy.
Educate patients on therapies and act as a clinical resource for hospital staff.
Drive formulary adherence and proactively prevent medication errors.
Requirements
Education: Pharm.D. required.
Experience: PGY1 Residency required (PGY2 preferred) OR 3+ years of clinical specialist experience.
Licensure: Active Kentucky Pharmacist license.
Certifications: BCPS preferred; active BLS/ACLS required for acute care placements.
