Key Responsibilities:
Prepare custom non-sterile/sterile medications (capsules, creams, liquids, topicals).
Maintain strict USP standards (<795>/<797>/<800>) and document batch logs.
Calibrate lab equipment and track raw ingredient inventory.
Requirements:
Active registration with the Kentucky Board of Pharmacy (CPhT preferred).
Strong pharmaceutical math skills and keen attention to detail.
1+ years pharmacy experience (compounding experience is a plus, but we will train!).
