Overview
The Enterprise Growth Operations Manager will provide critical business development support to the Enterprise Sales team. This visible role will have extensive internal and external-facing responsibilities. These include supporting the SVP in Board and Executive Leadership Team presentation design and construction as well as Enterprise Growth lead generation strategy and execution across the employer broker/consultant and health system C-Suite markets. This position works collaboratively with senior leadership, sales executives, and the Maxor marketing team to drive business value through new business generation.

Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales lead generation strategy in close collaboration with the SVP of Enterprise Growth
- Create sales pipeline network to increase opportunities focused on new Enterprise Growth (pharmacy management and pharmacy benefit management businesses) engaging the SVP for next step in the sales process
- Function as the administrator for HubSpot and Salesforce CRM platforms for the Enterprise Growth team, driving effective utilization and reporting of sales pipeline activities
- Serve as a liaison and main point of contact between the Enterprise Growth team and internal Maxor pharmacy services sales and delivery, MaxorPlus sales and account management and the marketing team.
- Complete qualitative and quantitative background research to enable customized and tailored prospect outreach
- Project management within the team and across departments to ensure that agreed to projects get executed per business demand.
- Excellent writing and presentation building skills (Word-Excel-PowerPoint) with ability to create, adapt, edit, and fine tune materials for effective impact with external target audiences.
- Build long-term trusting relationships with prospects in qualifying leads as sales opportunities
- Proactively seek new business opportunities within the market
- Set up meetings and/or calls between (prospective) customers and the SVP of Growth
- Build and maintain a positive culture of accountability while driving high performance through sales activities, performance metrics and enhanced sales process.
- Execute on strategies created in collaboration with leadership to drive revenue to meet or exceed the market growth targets for business unit products and services
- Master features, benefits and value of assigned product portfolio and present to prospect call points utilizing defined sales methodology as defined by leadership.
- Provide ad hoc support to sales team; respond to RFP’s, draft and presentation of proposals, etc. to effectively differentiate & drive Maxor value proposition to win new business.
Qualifications
Education:
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university, or equivalent experience
Experience:
- Minimum 5+ years’ documented experience in sales/growth-oriented roles.
- Experience effectively managing relationships with a customer-first orientation.
- Experience and market familiarity with health systems, preferred
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Adept at listening and articulating in both oral and written communication
Success in supporting a remote sales executive
Self-starter with ability to roll with changes in a fast-paced, emerging growth environment while maintaining a positive attitude
Adept at active listening
Ideally, knowledge of the health systems marketplace within the US healthcare industry. Pharmacy and/or PBM value chain operations a plus.
Comfortable executing independently with high-level strategic guidance
Ability to develop new and take existing materials and improve them through deep cross-functional collaboration with the SMEs across MaxorPlus, Maxor Pharmacy Services, Marketing and Enterprise Underwriting teams
Ability to achieve sales objectives including calls and email outreach/monthly goals, manage expectations, prioritize needs and stay motivated in a results-oriented, evolving entrepreneurial environment
Exceptional communication, presentation and phone skills—with breadth of ability, persistence and confidence to drive new customer engagement, while representing Maxor’s culture and mission
Ability to confidently and successfully engage and interact with customers; internal and external
Ability to work effectively in teams, both within the Enterprise Growth team as well as cross-functionally
Ability to adapt to change and demonstrate openness to new ideas
