Position Summary
The ADP Audit Analyst supports the planning, coordination, execution, and remediation of internal and external audits across AssistRx. This role plays a key part in ensuring the organization meets regulatory requirements, client contractual obligations, and internal quality standards.
This is an ADP Audit Compliance Analyst Role
Key Responsibilities
Audit Planning & Preparation
- Support pre-audit planning activities including mock audits, audit readiness reviews, subject matter expert (SME) interviews, and documentation preparation.
- Review policies, procedures, contracts, training records, vendor assessments, and other evidence to ensure audit readiness.
- Coordinate internal resources and documentation requests related to audit preparation.
Audit Execution & Documentation
- Assist in conducting internal and external audits to evaluate compliance with contractual obligations, regulatory requirements, and internal policies.
- Maintain accurate and organized audit documentation, working papers, and audit tracking logs.
- Support the preparation of audit reports including findings, risk assessments, trends, and recommended corrective actions.
Corrective Action & Continuous Improvement
- Track audit findings and remediation activities, including Corrective and Preventive Action (CAPA) plans.
- Assist with monitoring CAPA effectiveness and closure of remediation activities.
- Support the identification of trends and opportunities for process improvements across compliance and operational functions.
Compliance & Risk Monitoring
- Assist in evaluating the effectiveness of internal controls and provide recommendations to strengthen the organization’s compliance framework.
- Support internal audits related to contractual requirements such as:
- Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
- Security and privacy controls
- HIPAA/HITECH compliance
- Data retention and documentation standards
- Safety reporting and pharmacovigilance processes
- Contribute to risk management, compliance monitoring, and audit program development.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner with teams across the organization to gather documentation, clarify audit requirements, and ensure alignment on remediation activities.
- Develop and maintain strong working relationships with internal stakeholders and external clients.
- Maintain strict confidentiality of audit documentation and sensitive organizational information.
Professional Development
- Stay current on healthcare compliance standards, regulatory updates, and audit best practices.
- Participate in relevant training, workshops, and certifications to maintain professional knowledge.
Qualifications
- Must live in the KC Metro Area or Orlando FL
- Associate’s degree in healthcare management or a related field, three to five years of experience in audits or safety reporting, preferably within the healthcare or healthcare IT environment, or an equivalent combination of education plus experience.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities.
- Knowledge of HIPAA/HITECH, safety reporting, auditing, and maintaining compliance.
- Must have ADP Audit Compliance experience
