Primary Accountabilities:
Position Summary
The Corporate Communications & Marketing Strategist supports the planning, creation, and execution of enterprise communications and marketing initiatives that strengthen associate engagement, elevate the company's brand, and advance strategic business priorities. Working closely with both the Corporate Communications and Corporate Marketing teams, this role develops engaging content, coordinates projects, manages communication channels, and helps ensure all materials are consistent with the company's brand, voice, and messaging standards.
The Coordinator is a highly organized, detail-oriented communicator who enjoys writing, creating content, solving problems, and supporting multiple projects simultaneously. This role contributes across a variety of initiatives including internal communications, social media, executive communications, corporate events, reporting, website content, and marketing operations while partnering with teams across the organization to deliver high-quality work on time.
Responsibilities
Technical (40%)
Write and publish content for the intranet, company emails, and corporate social media
Create, edit, and format communications, presentations, and marketing materials
Support website updates, basic SEO, and digital content management
Ensure materials are on brand, accurate, and aligned with messaging standards including light design needs
Compile communications and marketing metrics and prepare reports
Project Management (35%)
Coordinate communications and marketing projects, timelines, and deliverables.
Support campaign and event execution
Manage communication calendars, project trackers, and workflow tools
Coordinate with Creative, Marketing, Communications, and business partners to ensure work is delivered on time.
Operational (25%)
Monitor social media trends, intranet usage, media coverage, awards, and thought leadership activities as appropriate
Maintain content repositories, communication assets, and brand resources
Research industry trends and best practices and share with the team
Provide day-to-day support for the Corporate Communications and Marketing teams
