Job Title: Renewal Coordinator
Job Summary
RevSpring is seeking a detail-oriented Renewal Coordinator to support our contract renewal operations. This role is an excellent opportunity for a self-motivated professional to build a foundation in revenue cycle management and healthcare technology. The Renewal Coordinator works closely with internal teams to ensure accurate and timely processing of client renewals, maintaining data integrity and supporting the broader commercial organization.
Essential Functions
- Support the end-to-end renewal process for assigned accounts, coordinating with internal stakeholders to ensure timely execution.
- Monitor upcoming renewal dates and proactively flag potential risks or delays to the Renewal Manager.
- Assist in preparing and processing renewal contracts and paperwork with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Route contracts through internal approval workflows, coordinating with Legal and Finance as needed.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date renewal data in Salesforce and other relevant systems.
- Track key renewal metrics such as renewal rates, contract values, and upcoming expirations.
- Generate standard reports on renewal pipeline and contract status for internal review.
- Identify and flag data discrepancies, supporting overall CRM data quality.
- Collaborate with Account Executives, Finance, and Legal to gather required information for renewals.
- Support Sales Operations with documentation, process tracking, and administrative coordination.
- Maintain and update documentation for renewal workflows and standard operating procedures.
- Identify opportunities to streamline administrative processes and share observations with the Sr Director of Sales Operations.
Minimum Requirements
Specific Job Skills:
- 1–3 years of experience in a sales operations, contract administration, or related support role; SaaS or healthcare technology experience a plus.
- Proficiency with Salesforce or similar CRM; experience maintaining clean, accurate records.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously.
- High attention to detail, particularly when reviewing contracts and numerical data.
- Excellent written communication skills for clear internal coordination.
Education: Four-year Bachelor’s Degree from college/university required.

Language Skills
Ability to read, analyze and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures or governmental regulations. Ability to write reports, business correspondence and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from a variety of both internal and external sources.
