Pharmacy Manager / Pharmacist-in-Charge (PIC)
Rx Relief is seeking a dedicated and experienced Pharmacy Manager / PIC to lead a pharmacy team within a premier Rehabilitation Hospital in the Greater Kansas City area.

Position Overview
Location: Greater Kansas City Area
Setting: Inpatient Rehabilitation Hospital
Compensation: $76.00 per hour
Travel: Traveler candidates will be considered for outstanding applicants!
Schedule & Hours
Enjoy a stable, daytime routine with the flexibility required to support an inpatient environment:
Primary Shift: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Flexibility: Must be available for occasional weekend, after-hours, and on-call coverage as needed by the facility.
Key Responsibilities
Assume full Pharmacist-in-Charge (PIC) status and operational accountability for the pharmacy.
Oversee daily clinical and distributive pharmacy operations in a fast-paced rehabilitation setting.
Manage pharmacy staff, ensuring strict adherence to state, federal, and hospital regulations.
Supervise sterile compounding compliance and quality assurance protocols.
What We Are Looking For
To excel in this role, you must meet the following criteria:
Licensure: Valid, unrestricted Pharmacist license in good standing (must be eligible and willing to step into the PIC role immediately).
Leadership Experience: Proven track record in a pharmacy management or supervisory capacity.
Clinical Background: Previous experience working within an inpatient or clinical hospital setting.
Compounding Skills: Recent, hands-on experience with IV compounding
