Finance & Accounting – Sales Operations Specialist
Role Summary
This role operates at the intersection of Sales, Finance, and Operations, supporting revenue execution through accurate reporting, financial visibility, and streamlined operational processes across the sales organization. It drives alignment between Sales and Marketing to support revenue growth by analyzing lead generation, optimizing sales processes, and ensuring data accuracy in sales reporting. Additionally, the role manages the end-to-end contract flow from signed quotes through internal systems while maintaining CRM data integrity and ensuring consistent, accurate documentation and record-keeping.
Key Responsibilities
- Sales Reporting & Analytics
- Build and maintain reports on pipeline, bookings, revenue, and performance
- Analyze trends and provide insights into leadership
- Financial Alignment
Partner with Finance on the following:
- Forecasting
- Revenue tracking
- Budget alignment
- Ensure accuracy between sales data and financial results
- Sales Process Optimization
- Identify inefficiencies in sales workflows
- Improve processes, tools, and data integrity
- CRM & Systems Management
- Heavy Salesforce (SFDC) usage
- Maintain data accuracy, dashboards, and reporting tools
- Support system enhancements and automation
- Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with:
- Sales leaders
- Finance/Accounting
- Customer Success / Operations

Knowledge/Requirement

- Experience working with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)

Education & Experience Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in B2B sales, marketing, client success, or related field
