As a Radiology Technologist, you will work in a facility featuring state-of-the-art equipment including Shimadzu and GE portables, Carestream ER systems, OEC c-arms, and O-arms. The hospital averages 180 exams daily, providing valuable exposure to a diverse range of inpatient and outpatient cases—transplants, cardiac care, trauma, critical care, and orthopedic needs among athletes. Expand your clinical expertise with varying patient populations, work alongside skilled supervisors and fellow technologists, and learn new imaging technologies in a supportive environment.
Schedule
- 3 x 12-hour shifts or 4 x 10-hour shifts per week (depending on assignment)
- Weekend and holiday rotations required
- Some call shifts (weekdays overnight, weekends 12 hours), with a 1-hour response time
- Flexibility in hours, with set schedules providing plenty of time to explore Louisville
- Up to 7 days of requested time off can be approved
Key Qualifications
- ARRT and BLS certifications and state license required
- Minimum one year of radiology experience
- C-arm proficiency; portable x-ray expertise
- O-arm experience preferred, or willingness to learn
- Familiarity with Cernero EMR and McKesson PACS a plus
- Open to both experienced travelers and those seeking their first assignment
