Supporting the Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) & Chief Product Officer (CPO)
About The Role
As the Executive Assistant to the Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) and Chief Product Officer (CPO), you will serve as a trusted partner to two senior executives as they continue to transition into their new roles at Omnicell. This is a high-impact, high-visibility position requiring exceptional judgment, discretion, and a proactive mindset.
In this role, you will be deeply embedded in the rhythm of the business—ensuring seamless day-to-day operations while anticipating needs and managing complex, confidential matters. You will play a critical role in how these leaders operate, communicate, and engage across the organization.
This role requires on-site presence in the Austin, TX office three days per week.
What You’ll Do
- Act as a strategic partner to the CMO and CPO, proactively managing highly dynamic and complex calendars to optimize time and prioritize business-critical work.
- Coordinate domestic and international travel, including flights, lodging, visas, and required documentation.
- Serve as a central point of coordination between the CMO/CPO, Chief of Staff offices, and internal teams.
- Anticipate executive needs and provide high-touch support to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
- Prepare and maintain executive materials such as meeting agendas, reports, and presentations.
- Plan and execute meetings, offsites, conventions, and events, managing vendors and budgets.
- Manage expense reporting and reconciliation through Concur.
- Partner with the Executive Assistant team to support Board and Earnings preparation.
- Act as a liaison with internal and external stakeholders, handling sensitive matters with discretion.

- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Teams, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Word), including email inbox management.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Basic Qualifications
- 3-4 years of experience supporting senior-level executives.
- Experience in a publicly traded company.

- Bachelor’s degree in business, communications, or a related field.
- Experience supporting Board-level interactions.
