What We're Looking For:
The Center of Excellence Program Manager Advisor is a high-level, strategic, and operational leadership role responsible for directing complex, end-to-end supply chain initiatives across international, cross-functional teams. This role acts as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, leveraging deep expertise to optimize logistics, procurement, inventory, and supplier performance, while ensuring resilience and scalability.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for the execution of multiple moderate to large-scope projects that are complex in nature with cross-functional teams in multiple locations. In this role, you will collect, interpret, and deliver feedback and status updates, hold the core team accountable for deliverables, and delegate assignments while staying on schedule and budget.

Responsibilities:
Supply Crisis Management:
- Provides cross functional communication, focusing on the timely, accurate flow of information to internal and external stakeholders during a Supply Chain incident.
Supports Product Agility Management:
- Works closely with key stakeholders to support Zebra Agility Management Operational System.
Supply Planning Optimization:
- Identifies, analyzes, and bridges the divide between a company's current supply chain performance and its desired, optimal state. It focuses on addressing inefficiencies, such as inventory shortages, logistics delays, or skills shortages, to ensure operational goals are met.
Parts And Products Transition Management:
- Coordinates parts and products transitions from planning transition activities such as end of life volumes, locking PO’s with suppliers, locked volumes count down all the way until the last units are fulfilled and sales SKU’s are terminated.
Additional Responsibilities:
- Uses and makes improvement recommendations to established tools, approaches/methodologies, and templates to guide and document the plan and communicate it to the team.
- Organizes cross-functional activities, ensuring program completion, i.e., product on schedule and within budget constraints. Owns regular meeting coordination, facilitation, and documentation of progress.
- Balances scope, schedule, and budget considerations to adjust the project w/minimal impact to the business.
- Understands the business objectives of the business unit and program.
- Gathers updates and provides to senior management.
- Owns ensuring alignment from key leaders of milestone achievement before moving the program forward.
- Prepares and influentially presents status updates and other deliverables to senior level audiences
- Independently engages additional resources as needed to address obstacles/delays.
- Proactively provides recommendations for issue resolution. Adjusts the plan as delays/obstacles are experienced
- Establishes operational objectives and delegates assignments to achieve business results
- Demonstrates advanced knowledge of all PM techniques. Utilizes PM tools & techniques in scheduling & staffing plans with an understanding of task duration and dependencies.
- Develops comprehensive risk management plans.
- Demonstrates advanced knowledge of development processes and product launch scope and activities
- Demonstrates ability to navigate complex problems and overcome ambiguity with limited manager oversight
- Identifies, recommends, and implements process improvement
- May mentor and advise junior Program Managers
Minimum Qualifications:
▪ Bachelor’s degree in a related field, MS preferred
▪ Minimum 8+ years’ experience
▪ Minimum 8+ years’ experience in Supply Chain
▪ Experience leading teams
Preferred Qualifications:
▪ Effective in presenting and communicating (verbal and written), and facilitating to peers and senior level audiences
▪ Proficient in MS Office or similar
▪ Comfortable and experienced in delegating and requesting follow-up
- PMP certification preferred

Pay Range:
$122,800.00 - $184,200.00 Annual
Incentive Compensation:
In addition to base pay, Zebra offers this role the opportunity to earn a performance-based annual cash incentive, at a target equal to 12% of base pay, in accordance with the terms of the applicable incentive plan.

Salary offered will vary depending on your location, job-related skills, knowledge, and experience.

In most other roles, the Zebra annual cash incentive program links Company and individual performance together. Some roles may also be eligible for long-term incentive equity awards.
