Job Description
Oracle is leading the global market with our dedicated cloud offerings, including our Edge, Dedicated Region, and Isolated region products. This position will be part of our business strategy and operations team, driving high-impact initiatives that improve scalability and reduce validation time. This role will focus on building AI-driven (agentic) solutions, workflows, and internal tools that streamline operations and eliminate inefficiencies. You’ll work cross-functionally to translate business needs into technical solutions, rapidly prototype new approaches, and implement systems that accelerate execution. The ideal candidate is comfortable operating at the intersection of strategy and hands-on development, with a strong focus on automation and measurable outcomes. Staying current with emerging AI capabilities and applying them to real business problems will be key to success in this role.
Responsibilities
- Partner with leadership to define and execute strategic initiatives that support business scaling and operational efficiency
- Design and implement AI-driven (agentic) solutions to automate workflows and reduce manual validation effort
- Build and maintain internal tools that streamline processes across strategy, operations, and execution teams
- Identify bottlenecks in current operations and develop scalable systems to improve speed, accuracy, and throughput
- Translate business needs into technical requirements and working prototypes using modern AI and coding frameworks
- Lead experimentation and rapid iteration on new tools, ensuring measurable impact on time-to-validation and delivery
- Collaborate cross-functionally (product, engineering, operations) to integrate solutions into existing systems
- Establish metrics and dashboards to track efficiency gains, validation cycles, and scalability improvements
- Stay current with advancements in AI agents, automation frameworks, and developer tooling, applying best practices to internal workflows
- Document processes, tools, and systems to ensure repeatability, knowledge sharing, and long-term maintainability

US: Hiring Range in USD from: $109,200 - $223,400 per year. May be eligible for bonus and equity.
Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle's differing products, industries and lines of business.
Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

- Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.
