About the Role:
In the
CX/UX Designer role, you will build upon your UX design foundation to take on more responsibility in shaping user experiences. You will engage in designing more detailed wireframes, user flows, and interactive prototypes while contributing to user research and usability testing efforts. This position allows you to further hone your skills and collaborate more closely with cross-functional teams.
Hybrid: Eight days a month we come together in the closest office (
TX/KS/NJ/FL/GA/NY/IL) within 50 miles to experience the value of connecting with colleagues. You will report to the Lead CX/UX Designer and work under the leadership of the Director, CX/UX Design

Skills:
- Wireframing: Intermediate skills in creating detailed wireframes and user flows.
- User Research: Competence in planning and conducting user research and synthesizing findings.
- Prototyping: Ability to create interactive prototypes that effectively communicate design concepts.
- Usability Testing: Proficiency in conducting usability tests and deriving actionable insights.
- Design Systems: Knowledge of maintaining and using design systems and style guides.
- Collaboration: Strong teamwork and communication skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Presentation: Ability to effectively present and justify design decisions to stakeholders.
- Iteration: Skills in iterating design solutions based on user feedback and testing outcomes.
Responsibilities:
- Create user-facing experiences that incorporate AI, machine learning, and automation into tax and accounting workflows.
Design wireframes, storyboards, and user flows with moderate supervision.
- Conduct user research sessions and compile feedback for actionable insights.
- Develop interactive prototypes to communicate design intentions.
- Assist in leading usability testing and analyzing findings to improve designs.
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of design systems and style guides.
- Collaborate with product managers and developers to align user needs with business goals.
- Present design concepts and research findings to stakeholders.
- Implement user feedback to iterate and refine design solutions.
- Stay informed on UX trends and share relevant insights with the team.
- Support junior team members and provide guidance as needed.

Compensation:
$68,900.00 - $118,050.00 USD
This role is eligible for Bonus.
Compensation range listed is based on primary location of the position. Actual base salary offer is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skills, experience and actual hiring location.
