Summary: In this role, you will lead execution of complex healthcare supply chain transformation engagements that improve operational performance, reduce cost, and enhance organizational effectiveness for clients. You will translate strategic objectives into actionable plans, guide cross-functional teams through implementation activities, and deliver measurable, sustainable results across supply chain functions. You will collaborate with client stakeholders, oversee engagement delivery, and drive alignment between strategy, execution, technology, and operational priorities. Responsibilities:
- Lead execution of healthcare supply chain transformation engagements across multiple client environments.
- Design and implement strategic and operational plans aligned with client objectives.
- Manage day-to-day engagement activities, including oversight of onsite and cross-functional teams.
- Set priorities, allocate resources, and monitor progress across engagement workstreams.
- Facilitate collaboration across clinical, operational, and supply chain stakeholders.
- Develop and deliver executive-level updates, recommendations, and decision support materials.
- Ensure timely, high-quality completion of engagement deliverables and milestones.
- Identify risks, escalate issues, and implement mitigation strategies to support successful outcomes.
- Lead structured problem-solving and solution development across healthcare supply chain domains.
- Support business development activities through proposal development and client discussions. Qualifications:
- Relevant degree preferred.
- 7 or more years of relevant experience required.
- Experience leading healthcare supply chain transformation or operational improvement engagements.
- Strong knowledge of healthcare supply chain operations, processes, and performance improvement methodologies.
- Ability to manage complex client engagements and cross-functional teams in dynamic environments.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills.
- Excellent written, verbal, and executive-level communication abilities.
- Experience developing and presenting recommendations to senior leadership and client stakeholders.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results within established timelines.
- Willingness to travel. #
Estimated Hiring Range: At Vizient, we consider skills, experience, and organizational needs in our compensation approach. Geographic factors may adjust the range estimate and hires typically fall below the top range. Compensation decisions are tailored to individual circumstances.
