JOB DESCRIPTION
The role is responsible for designing, planning, and supervising construction of infrastructure projects related to pharmaceutical facilities, utilities, and machinery foundations. The role ensures effective execution of civil works, compliance with approved drawings, technical specifications, safety standards, and regulatory requirements, and timely delivery of capital and maintenance projects. The position oversees site supervision, contractor performance, and project quality, ensuring cost efficiency and adherence to timelines. The role supports maintenance planning for civil structures, conducts structural assessments, and manages drainage and utilities-related civil works. The position strengthens infrastructure reliability, documentation accuracy, compliance readiness, and continuous improvement while ensuring long-term asset performance and sustainable construction practices.
Essential Functions
- Finalise design with the consultation of site operation & Engineering lead
- Plan & supervise civil construction and infractructure Projects
- Manage site execution, contractor performance, and project schedules
- Ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, safety standards, and SOPs
- Oversee facility construction, renovations, expansions, and machinery foundation works
- Conduct quality inspections of construction materials and workmanship
- Support maintenance planning and execution for civil infrastructure and buildings
- Perform structural assessments and retrofitting evaluations
- Manage drainage, water management, and utilities-related civil works
- Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements, audits, and compliance documentation
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, vendors, and procurement partners
- Drive continuous improvement, cost optimization, and project efficiency initiatives
- Maintain project documentation, progress reports, and validation records

Education
- Bachelors Degree (BA/BS) B.E. - Required
- Master Degree (MS/MA) ME - Preferred
Experience:
- 8 years or more in 8 - 10 Years
