Position Summary
The Legal Intern – Contract Support provides administrative and analytical assistance to the Legal team related to contract review, document preparation, and contract lifecycle management. This internship offers exposure to in-house legal operations and commercial contracting processes in a professional environment.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Assist with review of customer agreements and support preparation of standard contract documents
- Help support and update contract records in the contract lifecycle management system
- Support tracking of contract expirations, RFP coordination, and basic contract reporting
- Assist with intake and routing of contract-related inquiries from internal stakeholders and cross-functional teams
- Work on special projects as assigned
Knowledge & Skills
- Strong attention to detail and interest in legal and contractual work
- Solid organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple assignments under supervision
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
Minimum Qualifications, Education & Experience
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree (Business, Legal Studies, Pre-Law, or related field preferred)
Work Environment
- This is largely a sedentary role
- This job operates in a professional office environment and routinely uses standard office equipment
- Typically requires travel less than 5% of the time
Salary Range - $21- $25/hour
