**Remote Position**

ACU-Serve functions as an integral part of the HME office staff, not a remote third-party billing vendor.
Responsible for managing the ongoing supply needs of patients receiving CPAP therapy while ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely order fulfillment. This position involves all backend work; there is no calling involved.
Daily responsibilities include:
- processing and tracking orders
- verifying insurance eligibility and coverage
- obtaining authorizations
- securing updated prescriptions
- providing/notating out-of-pocket cost estimates
This role also involves reviewing and resolving insurance denials to ensure timely processing and reimbursement.
