Direct Manager: Service Manager
Responsibilities
- Sales Operations & Support: Coordinate and support daily sales-related activities to ensure a seamless workflow between the sales team and customers.
- Order Management: Lead the end-to-end order processing cycle, including accurately entering Purchase Orders into the Business Central (BC) System and generating Order Confirmations.
- Financial Coordination: Issue Proforma Invoices and Order Confirmations to clients; proactively manage and follow up on outstanding payments to ensure healthy cash flow.
- Inventory & Stock Control: Monitor and manage inventory levels, conduct regular stock-takes, and provide real-time updates on stock availability to the sales team.
- Logistics & Distribution: Partner with logistics teams to coordinate the timely shipment and delivery of goods to end-customers and global partners.
- Reporting & Analytics: Generate comprehensive weekly and monthly reports on Purchase Orders and sales performance to support data-driven decision-making.
- Administrative Excellence: Deliver high-quality administrative support with a focus on organizational efficiency and clear cross-functional communication.
- General Support: Execute additional tasks and special projects as assigned by management to support evolving business needs.
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in economics or engineering, preferably with a specialization in Service.
- 1-3 years of experience in similar role.
- Good communication skills in spoken and written English .
- Candidates with experience in handling paperwork and ensuring customer satisfaction are preferred.
- Positive attitude and demonstrate responsibility.
- Understanding of production and service/sales techniques, including production processes and sales analysis.
- Able to work effectively under pressure.
