Responsibilities
- Prepare and deliver accurate, timely quotations in line with company pricing policies.
- Manage and update the sales pipeline in CRM to reflect real-time status of opportunities.
- Coordinate with sales and technical teams to develop proposals aligned with customer requirements.
- Ensure regular follow-ups on quotations to improve closure rates.
- Generate and share periodic reports on quotations, pipeline status, and sales forecasts.
- Support tender documentation, technical clarifications, and client presentations.
- Ensure compliance with internal approval processes and pricing structures.
Key Competencies
- Fresher-Bachelor’s degree in Science, Business, Marketing, or related field *OR* 1–3 years of experience in Pre-Sales, Sales Coordination, or similar role (preferably in [industry, e.g., healthcare/pharma/equipment]).
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
- Effective communication and coordination skills.
- Analytical mindset with ability to track, monitor, and report data.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools (Reddot, Salesforce, Zoho, or equivalent).
- Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple priorities.
KPIs (Key Performance Indicators)
- Quotation Accuracy & Timeliness: % of quotations submitted error-free within deadlines.
- Pipeline Management: % of opportunities accurately updated in CRM on time.
- Follow-up Effectiveness: Conversion rate of quotations to confirmed orders.
- Reporting Compliance: Timely submission of weekly/monthly pipeline and quotation reports.
- Stakeholder Satisfaction: Feedback from sales team and clients on pre-sales support.
