Job Overview:
The Regional Marketing Coordinator will support the execution of marketing activities across Southeast Asia (SEA). This role focuses on bridging global Business Unit (BU) marketing materials with regional commercial needs, ensuring consistent, timely, and effective execution across markets.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Marketing Material Localization & Adaptation
- Localize and adapt BU marketing materials (brochures, presentations, launch content) for SEA markets
- Ensure materials are aligned with regional requirements and ready for commercial use
2. Product Launch & Campaign Coordination
- Support product launch communications and regional rollout activities
- Coordinate execution timelines and ensure alignment across countries
3. Events & Campaign Execution
- Coordinate webinars, exhibitions, distributor events, and marketing campaigns
- Support email campaigns, LinkedIn activities, and other digital initiatives
4. Digital Marketing & Lead Generation
- Support basic digital marketing activities and campaign execution
- Assist in lead generation efforts (e.g., landing pages, forms, campaign tracking)
- Coordinate lead follow-up with sales teams to ensure timely action
5. Distributor & Country Support
- Provide distributors and country teams with marketing materials such as flyers, campaign kits, and promotional content
- Ensure consistency in branding and messaging across SEA
6. Market Feedback & Reporting
- Collect and consolidate market feedback, competitor insights, and campaign results from SEA countries
- Prepare simple monthly summaries for internal review
- Works closely with SEA commercial teams and BU marketing/product teams
Key Requirements:
- Degree in Marketing, Business, Life Sciences, or related field
- 2–5 years of experience in marketing coordination, preferably in healthcare, life sciences, or B2B environment
- Experience supporting marketing campaigns, events, or digital activities
- Strong coordination and communication skills across multiple stakeholders
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, regional environment
- Basic understanding of digital marketing and lead generation is an advantage
