Job Overview:
We’re looking for a Global Product Manager for scientific laboratory equipment. This role will play a strategic part in our Global Product Management team. The candidate will be responsible for product line’s P&L and end-to-end product life cycle management. As a Product Manager, you will play a critical role in defining and executing the short and long-term roadmap for both existing and next-generation products. This position requires a proactive, hands-on individual who can wear multiple hats—from market research and ideation to product launch, Go-To-Market strategy, regional sales & marketing activity.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Executive Support
- Provide day-to-day administrative and operational support to the Global Product Management Director, including calendar management, meeting coordination, and travel logistics across global time zones.
- Act as a trusted point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring smooth communication between the Director and cross-functional teams.
- Prepare meeting materials, take detailed minutes, and track action items to ensure follow-through across teams.
2. Product Management Learning & Support
- Meeting Coordination: Assist in organizing core product team meetings, including product development reviews, cross-functional syncs, and project kick-offs. Learn how product strategy translates into execution.
- Data & Materials Support: Help consolidate data and inputs from R&D, Clinical, Marketing, and Commercial teams to support the development of product presentations, executive summaries, and internal updates.
- Documentation: Assist in maintaining organized product documentation, ensuring that key materials (e.g., meeting notes, project trackers, timelines) are accessible and up to date.
- Market & Competitive Intelligence: Support the Director in gathering market research, competitor analysis, and customer insights to inform product strategy.
3. Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Shadow and support the Director in interactions with key internal teams, including R&D, Clinical Affairs, Quality Assurance, Marketing, and Sales.
- Help track product development milestones and assist in identifying potential risks or delays in project timelines.
- Participate in product-related workshops, advisory board meetings, and customer site visits as a learning opportunity, assisting with logistics and note-taking.
4. Operational Support
- Assist with departmental communications, including drafting internal announcements, meeting summaries, and team updates.
- Help maintain team collaboration tools (e.g., SharePoint, Teams, Notion, or similar) to ensure information is organized and accessible.
- Support the Director with ad-hoc projects and tasks as needed, contributing to the smooth operation of the product management function.
Key Requirements:
Education & Background
- Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Biomedical Engineering, or a related field. Recent graduates are strongly encouraged to apply.
- 0–2 years of professional experience (internships or co-op experience in a corporate, scientific, healthcare environment or product-focused role is a plus).
- Basic understanding of product development lifecycles or regulated industries is a plus (exposure through coursework or internships is sufficient)

- Technical Aptitude: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word) and comfort with collaboration tools (Teams, SharePoint, etc.). Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, Notion) is a plus but not required.
