We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Post-Sales Executive to support our service operations and act as a key link between service engineers, factories, logistics partners, and customers.
This role focuses on coordinating technical issue follow-ups, defective returns (DRFs), replacement parts logistics, and service documentation, ensuring efficient post-sales support and smooth operational coordination across local and regional markets.
Key Responsibilities
• Follow up on technical issues with factories and internal teams to ensure timely resolution
• Manage Defective Return Forms (DRFs) and track progress through to closure
• Coordinate replacement parts shipments and courier logistics
• Capture service orders in the ERP system (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics Business Central) and maintain accurate service records
• Issue Proforma Invoices (PFIs) to clients and communicate delivery ETAs
• Maintain service documentation and system updates
• Coordinate equipment calibration activities and maintain records
• Arrange training and medical bookings for service engineers
• Support ISO documentation and NRCS permit processes
• Provide general administrative and coordination support to service operations
Requirements
• Strong coordination and administrative skills
• Excellent communication and follow-up ability
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to manage multiple tasks independently
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Advantageous:
• Experience working with ERP systems (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics Business Central)
• Experience in a technical service, logistics, or operations environment
