We are seeking a flexible PRN Pharmacist to support retail pharmacy operations across the state of Wisconsin. This opportunity is ideal for pharmacists who are open to local or travel assignments and are looking to pick up shifts with a variety of pharmacy clients.
Term of Assignment:
Ongoing PRN coverage; flexible scheduling based on client needs
Schedule:
- Variable shifts depending on site and coverage needs
- Opportunities for daytime, evening, and occasional weekend shifts
- Flexible scheduling for local and travel pharmacists within Wisconsin
Job Duties:
- Accurately dispense prescription medications in a retail setting
- Provide patient counseling and medication education
- Ensure compliance with state and federal pharmacy regulations
- Collaborate with pharmacy staff to maintain workflow efficiency
- Manage prescription verification and oversee pharmacy technicians
Requirements:
- Active and clear Wisconsin Pharmacist license
- At least 1 year of recent retail pharmacy experience
- Strong communication and patient counseling skills
- Ability to adapt quickly to different pharmacy environments
