OverviewWe’re looking for a Marketing Specialist to support and execute demand generation and content initiatives that drive lead generation and brand growth.
In this role, you’ll work closely with marketing leadership, sales, and recruiting teams to launch campaigns, create content, and optimize performance across digital channels. This is a great opportunity for a marketer ready to take on more ownership and grow into a senior role over time.
What You’ll Do
Campaign Execution & Optimization- Execute multi-channel marketing campaigns across paid search, paid social (including LinkedIn and Facebook), and other digital platforms
- Monitor campaign performance and make data-driven optimizations
- Assist with budget pacing and campaign adjustments
Content Creation & Marketing Support- Create and manage marketing content, including:
- Social media posts
- Blog articles
- Email campaigns
- Ad copy and landing page content
- Repurpose content across channels to support lead generation efforts
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop messaging aligned with target audiences
- Maintain consistency in brand voice and messaging
Lead Generation- Support lead generation initiatives across paid and organic channels
- Help build and optimize landing pages and campaign assets
- Track and report on key metrics such as leads, cost per lead, and conversion rates
- Partner with sales and recruiting teams to gather feedback and improve lead quality
Account-Based Marketing (ABM) Support- Assist in executing targeted campaigns for priority accounts
- Help develop tailored messaging and campaign assets
- Track engagement and performance at the account level
Performance Tracking & Reporting- Analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics and ad platforms
- Prepare reports with insights and recommendations
- Identify trends and opportunities for improvement
What We’re Looking For- 4 years of experience in marketing (B2B or demand generation preferred)
- Experience with paid media (Google Ads, LinkedIn, Facebook)
- Strong writing skills and experience creating marketing content (social, email, blogs, ads)
- Familiarity with Google Analytics or similar tools
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
