The Senior Marketing Specialist is responsible for leading the strategic development and performance management of assigned brand(s), with a strong emphasis on account-based marketing (ABM), lead generation, and measurable growth. This role partners closely with business leaders, sales teams and recruiters to ensure marketing strategies are aligned to revenue objectives and delivering high-quality leads that convert.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Brand Leadership
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies aligned to business growth objectives.
- Own brand performance metrics, including lead generation, lead quality, conversion rates, cost efficiency, and pipeline contribution.
- Deliver regular performance reporting and strategic insights to senior leadership.
- Identify opportunities for optimization and long-term brand growth.
Account-Based Marketing (ABM)
- Lead the strategy and execution of targeted ABM initiatives focused on high-value client accounts.
- Collaborate with sales and business development to identify priority accounts and align outreach strategies.
- Develop tailored campaigns and messaging to drive account engagement and revenue expansion.
- Measure and refine ABM efforts based on account-level performance and ROI.
Lead Generation
- Oversee multi-channel lead generation initiatives across paid search, paid social (including LinkedIn and Facebook), and digital platforms.
- Optimize targeting, messaging, and budget allocation.
- Evaluate full-funnel performance and ensure marketing efforts translate into qualified opportunities.
- Integrate recruiter and sales feedback to continuously improve lead quality and campaign effectiveness.
Cross-Functional Collaboration & Leadership
- Serve as the primary liaison between marketing, business teams, and recruiters to ensure strategic alignment.
- Establish accountability processes for digital lead follow-up and performance tracking.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior marketing team members.
- Contribute to innovation by identifying emerging trends and best practices.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
- 4–6+ years of experience in B2B marketing, demand generation, or brand strategy.
- Demonstrated success driving measurable lead generation and pipeline growth.
- Experience developing and executing account-based marketing strategies.
- Strong analytical capabilities with proficiency in Google Analytics and Google Ads.
- Expertise in paid search and paid social platforms, particularly LinkedIn and Facebook.
- Experience with WordPress or similar CMS platforms.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong project management capabilities with the ability to operate in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
