Starting Pay: $16.10 per hour with increase after 6 months; union regulated
The Envelope Machine Operator / Packer is responsible for checking the quality of the envelopes being manufactured, ensuring order is correct, packaging finished product into boxes, completing all necessary paperwork, loading boxes, and other support of envelope manufacturing.
All training will be provided.
Qualifications
- Age 18 or older
- Attention to Detail
- General math skills including ability to read a ruler to 1/16th of an inch
- Operate computer-controlled equipment
Work Environment And Physical Requirements
- Regularly required to stand, use repetitive hand/wrist movement
- Frequently required to stoop, kneel, lift/move up to 50 lbs.
- Other required abilities include verifying color and print quality
