Job Summary
Pharmacist responsible for serving as the lead Clinical Program Manager for Clinical Programs within Outcomes. This individual manages clinical program design and associated configurations, serves as clinical program manager for internal and external stakeholders, and oversees and manages clinical opportunity generation and qualification processes for clinical programs. As a lead role, this position provides informal leadership, clinical direction, and mentorship to peers, influences standards and best practices, and represents Clinical Program Management in cross-functional product and strategy discussions, without direct people management responsibility.
Essential Duties And Responsibilities
Serve as Lead Clinical Program Manager for Payer, Pharmacy, and Pharma Programs
- Develop, maintain, and evolve clinical programs spanning payer, pharmacy led, digital, and pharmaceutical sponsored program models
- Monitor program launches and performance across program types to identify opportunities to improve targeting, operations, and outcomes
- Participate in longitudinal discussions to evolve ingest, configuration, and setup processes to accommodate differing payer, pharmacy, and pharma requirements
- Serve as primary Clinical contact for pharmacist education and enablement activities across all applicable program models
- Collaborate with Product Management and other partners to identify and implement enhancements supporting payer, pharmacy, and pharma clinical programs
- Provide informal clinical and team leadership
- Act as a subject‑matter leader for Clinical Program Management by setting standards, sharing best practices, and influencing consistent execution across payer, pharmacy, and pharma programs
- Provide guidance, mentorship, and functional leadership to peers and cross‑functional partners without formal supervisory authority
- Represent Clinical Program Management in cross‑functional forums and platform initiatives to advocate for clinical program needs and priorities
Qualifications
KNOWLEDGE & REQUIREMENTS
- Experience managing or supporting clinical pharmacy program models (payer, pharmacy, and/or pharma)
- Demonstrated ability to lead through influence, provide functional guidance, and drive alignment without direct authority
- Strong understanding of cross-functional clinical program dependencies (Product, Sales, Operations, Data, Network)
- Ability to leverage data and analytics to guide clinical strategy, evaluate program effectiveness, and influence cross‑functional priorities through clear, data‑backed insights.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office products
- Proven curiosity and willingness to adopt AI-enabled tools and data-driven approaches to enhance clinical program design, analysis, documentation quality, and operational efficiency.
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work collaboratively and independently while managing multiple projects, assignments, and responsibilities

Education & Experience Requirements
- Minimum years of work experience: 8 years
- Minimum level of education or education/experience: Choose education level
- Pharmacy Degree (BS or PharmD)
- Active pharmacist license in good standing with a state board of pharmacy
