Key Responsibilities
- Conduct psychological assessments to identify student strengths and areas for support
- Develop and implement individualized intervention plans tailored to student needs
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to promote mental health initiatives
- Monitor student progress and adjust strategies as needed
- Participate in meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary team discussions
Qualifications And Experience
- Valid Michigan School Psychologist Certification is required
- Previous experience working as a school psychologist in an educational setting is preferred
- Proficient in conducting assessments and designing interventions
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively
